Dropbox | Upsell system

  • Designed an upsell system to encourage feature adoption and upgrades. Educates free & trial users on which features are free vs paid.

Dropbox | Teams dashboard

  • Led redesign of Admin Dashboard. Boosted engagement with one-click “to-do” feature. Reduced Teams churn and drove ARR with an ROI feature tied to plan renewal.

Dropbox | Trial-end

  • Boosted trial conversion rate and reduced churn by redesigning the trial end experience with loss-aversion and win-back strategies.

Dropbox | Virtual data room

  • Secured leadership buy-in and launched an MVP in six months to tap into the $2B VDR market, creating a new stream of ARR.

Dropbox | Sign mobile app

  • Launched a mobile app for the Sign product. A top priority for the business at the time. Led research, iteration on MVP, and shaped multi-year vision.

Betterview | ML risk score

  • Designed a patented, ML-powered product to assess and predict property risk. Major insurers replaced labor-intensive inspections with AI-powered workflow. My work assisted in the company’s acquisition in 2023.
